Just lie down on the floor on your back. If you know how to
do shava asana, that’s what I mean. Be comfortable. Scan your body to see if
you need to change the way it lies, starting with the toes and going up. The
only difference between shava asana and this is that your hands are not on your
side but on your chest, or breast. When you are comfortable, tell your body you
love her. That’sit. Go ahead, just tell
her.
After all, it is true. There's no one and nothing else you
love more, though you haven't admitted it consciously. Everything, absolutely
everything you do in life is for her. Think about it.
